Job description: Regional Sales Manager - Canada


Your Duties:

  • Selling: your primary responsibility is to sell projects and meet your annual sales objective;
  • Prospecting: you have to develop new accounts in your territory on an ongoing basis;
  • Documenting: you must enter and update relevant data in our CRM software;
  • Networking: you represent the company at trade shows and associations;
  • Marketwatching: you keep abreast of the market and competition.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in the concrete industry or related field;
  • Experience with long buying cycles, B2B  and technical sales;
  • Experience being productive while traveling from coast to coast;
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken (some French an asset);
  • Creative, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Effective user of MS Office tools, Maximizer CRM; 3D visualizer or CAD software a plus;
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering also a plus;
  • Strong work ethic and professional integrity a must;
  • Comfortable working from home office.

This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary, social benefits, and commissions.

The Regional Sales Manager reports to the company's Sales Director in Boucherville, QC
