In order to support our growth across the US market and in-line with our leadership position in the industry, we are expanding our sales representative team. The US regional sales manager will report directly to the Director, sales and marketing

Your responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for sales performance, develop sales strategies to position the company for growth
  • Develop and work closely with major Ready-Mix Concrete Producer group and concrete contractor
  • Take measurements of existing equipment and work collaboratively with internal quotation and engineering department in defining optimal solutions to the customer specific needs
  • Keep abreast of products, market conditions and competitive activities
  • Utilize CRM tools to build pipeline and track sales opportunities
  • Qualify and develop long lasting partnerships with top customers
  • Follow through on sales transactions


Your profile :

  • Experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete Industry or related field
  • Technical background
  • Graduate degree in mechanical or civil engineering is a plus
  • Experience with long buying cycle, B2B and technical sales
  • Creative, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Excellent with CRM tools and territory planning
  • Be willing to travel

This is a full-time position with competitive fees and commission. Territories available: North Center, South Center, West.
