Increased plant performance

The Need
At Béton Provincial, (Béton Alliance) in Quebec City, Quebec, it was necessary to rebuild the batch plant following a fire. This was an opportunity to increase production and to increase the size of the aggregate handling system and storage bins. Béton Alliance requested a high capacity production facility to meet the increased demand for concrete in the region.

BMH Solution
BMH Systems designed a high production plant utilizing some of the existing equipment. A new high capacity sand bin was manufactured and installed. The aggregate steel structure was replaced. This was manufactured, installed and commissioned in record time.
