Planetary mixers
Perfect mixing has become a reality. Composed of two double stars (or less depending on models), each having three arms, our planetary mixers offer a mixing flow combined with peripheral scraping shovels unlike any other mixer. This epicyclical mixing action can produce homogenous concrete and color concrete for a wide variety of applications such as: blocks, pavers, architectural products, concrete pipes, hollow core slabs and structural members.
The automatic washing system is also an important complement to the planetary mixer, especially when colors are involved. With a high-pressure pump that feeds water through rotating nozzles, the system can completely wash the entire pan after each batch in just a few seconds, reducing operational costs.
