A Message to Our Clients and Partners About COVID-19

As we navigate through these difficult and unprecedented times, we at BMH would like to share our support and solidarity with you and your families. We hope you are safe and well. For us at BMH Systems, the health and well-being of our people and the community has been our first priority for the last 40 years.

On March 23rd, our Premier François Legault announced the closure of all non-essential businesses until April 13, 2020. We therefore, have proceeded on March 24th with the closure of our head office and our manufacturing division, Allinov. Although our head office may be closed, we would like to ensure you that many of our engineers and other professionals are still working safely from home. This is to ensure that we can continue to service all of our ongoing projects with the BMH attentiveness and effectiveness that you are accustomed to. We are very grateful to all of our team for stepping up in these difficult moments and we thank them for their dedication, their professionalism, and their support!

 Rest assured, over the next few weeks, you will continue to hear from us and we will continue to serve and support you as we have always done. We are in this together and our team is fully dedicated to give you the service that you expect from us.

 We will keep you informed as the situation evolves. Thank you for everything you are doing to support your people and your community.

  1. Is customer service assured and who can I contact?
    Yes, our customer service is functional. You can contact our Customer Service Director François Beaulieu directly at (514) 250-4843.

  2. I need spare parts, can I get them from BMH and who can I contact?
    Yes, we will be happy to place orders. You can directly reach our Supply Manager – Nicholas Gaucher – by email at: ngaucher@systemesbmh.com.

    Also, given the current situation and the restrictions that may be imposed due to the pandemic, our suppliers may not be able to produce or ship the part you need. Deadlines beyond our control are to be expected for this purpose.
